Cannot sign in?
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. If your account is not active, contact your HR administrator.
Privacy or deletion request?
Submit an Account & privacy service request. HR will confirm identity, applicable retention requirements and the outcome.
When reporting an error, include the reference shown in Connect. Never send passwords, national IDs or payroll documents by email.
